By completing this purchase, I agree to the following:

1. Services

AcademiaWiz provides academic training, manuscript feedback, AI-assisted tools, and consultancy services. Access is granted for the period specified at purchase.

2. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

AcademiaWiz provides professional academic guidance. We do not guarantee acceptance for publication, funding success, grades, promotions, career outcomes or institutional approval.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, tools, templates, and AI systems remain the intellectual property of AcademiaWiz. I may not copy, share, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.

5. My Content

I retain ownership of any documents I submit. By submitting materials, I grant AcademiaWiz permission to use them solely to deliver the purchased service.

6. Proper Use

I agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to copy our systems, share login information with other people, or use the Services to build a competing product.

7. Currency and Taxes

All payments are processed in US$.

I am responsible for any currency conversion fees, VAT, GST, withholding taxes, or other taxes applicable in their jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or a service has been delivered.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AcademiaWiz’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

The laws of New Zealand govern these terms.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand

11. Legal Capacity

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
